While we don not generally offer refunds for services already used, we understand that there might be circumstances where you might be dissatisfied with your purchase or decide that our service is not the right fit for you. We want to make sure that our customers feel comfortable with their purchase.

Conditions for Refund

You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • You are eligible for a full refund (excluding fees from the payment provider, 5% + 0.5 USD) if you have generated fewer than 50 images using our service. After you have generated 50 images, we consider our service as utilized and no refunds will be available.
  • Technical Issues: In the rare event that you experience technical difficulties or our service fails to function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, you will be eligible for a refund.

Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the conditions above, please contact our support team at Discord or [email protected]. Include your account information and a clear explanation of the reason for your refund request. All refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of your purchase.

Processing a Refund

Upon receipt of your refund request, our team will review the details and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
