2.2 Please note that programmatic usage of PixelLab is not supported under the standard terms and conditions. If programmatic access or integration is a requirement for your project, we recommend consulting with our team directly to discuss potential solutions. Our team is dedicated to understanding your needs and exploring feasible options within the scope of our services.
2.3 We will provide reasonable notice of any changes to the limitations on usage.
3.1 All intellectual property rights in PixelLab, including but not limited to software, and algorithms, are owned by or licensed to us.
3.2 You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of PixelLab unless explicitly permitted by the relevant license.
4.1 By using PixelLab, you agree to comply with the terms listed in the Open RAIL-M license, which can be found at RAIL-M License .
5.1 PixelLab is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of PixelLab.
